Digital product refunds (Launch Guide and Off-Page SEO Guide)

The Launch Guide and Off-Page SEO Guide are digital products. You may request a refund for either within 14 days of purchase if you bought by mistake, purchased more than once, cannot access the product after contacting support, or the product was materially different from what the checkout page described.

If you live in the EU or UK, you can also withdraw from a digital product purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You lose that right once access starts if you asked for immediate access at checkout and accepted the digital content waiver.

A qualifying issue is one of the four reasons above; accepting the EU/UK waiver ends the no-reason withdrawal right once access starts, but those four reasons still apply.

To request a refund, email support@growthvector.io with the purchase email, purchase date, and a short explanation.

Pro subscription cancellations

Cancel anytime. When you cancel Pro, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the billing portal states otherwise. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or caused by a GrowthVector billing error.

Access after a refund

A full refund ends your access at once. This applies to a digital product and to Pro.

When refunds may be declined

Refunds may be declined for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, repeated refund requests, completed access to digital materials without a qualifying issue, or requests made after the refund window. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method when possible. Stripe, card networks, and banks control final posting time, so the refund may take several business days to appear.
