Terms of Service

These terms govern access to GrowthVector's website, tools, account features, digital products, and paid subscriptions.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Note

The EU/UK digital-content wording below follows EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regulation 37. GrowthVector's separate Refund Policy may provide additional remedies and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptance

By using GrowthVector, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and activity that occurs under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use GrowthVector to break the law, violate third-party rights, send spam, commit fraud, or distribute malware.
  • Do not interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, scrape private areas, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless the feature clearly asks for it and you have the right to provide it.

Educational information, not professional advice

GrowthVector content, prompts, audits, templates, and tool output are educational and operational resources. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them in your business.

Contact-discovery and third-party data

Some GrowthVector tools, including the SEO audit tool, analyze web pages you submit and may detect and return contact information (such as email addresses and telephone numbers) that is published on those public pages. This information can include personal data of individuals. Publicly shareable report links are automatically stripped of personal emails and phone numbers before they are published.

You are responsible for how you use any such output. If you contact, store, or otherwise process that data, you act as the controller of your own use and you must have a lawful basis and comply with all laws that apply to you, including the GDPR and UK GDPR (including honoring objections and removal requests) and, for any marketing email, the CAN-SPAM Act. Do not use GrowthVector output to send unlawful, unsolicited, or bulk communications.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. A Launch Guide purchase is a one-time digital product purchase. Pro is a recurring subscription unless the checkout page or billing page states otherwise.

Subscription billing, invoices, card updates, cancellation, and payment recovery may be handled through Stripe-hosted checkout or billing portals. Prices, features, and plan availability may change, but changes will not reduce access already paid for during the current billing period.

Refunds and EU/UK right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of entering the contract, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Digital content: immediate performance and waiver. Our digital products (such as the Launch Guide) and Pro digital features are supplied as digital content that is made available to you immediately. By completing a purchase you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content right away, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has begun. If we have not yet begun to supply the content, the 14-day right of withdrawal still applies.

Subscriptions. You can cancel Pro at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. How we handle refunds is described in our Refund Policy.

How to withdraw or request a refund. Where a right of withdrawal or refund applies, contact support@growthvector.io and we will process your request promptly. For EU distance contracts, an easy online withdrawal function is available on request.

Intellectual property

GrowthVector owns the website, software, design, brand, and original content except where third-party materials are identified. You may use purchased or accessible templates, prompts, and educational materials for your own business operations, but you may not resell, publish, or redistribute them as a competing product without permission.

Copyright complaints and user-submitted URLs

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints. Some tools render or analyze a page at a web address you submit. You are responsible for having the right to submit that address and to use the result, and GrowthVector does not control the third-party pages you submit.

If you believe content available through GrowthVector infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@growthvector.io that identifies the work and the material and its location, includes your contact details, states that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, states under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and includes your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and may remove content or suspend accounts for repeat infringement.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

GrowthVector is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim related to paid services is limited to the amount you paid GrowthVector for the affected service during the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. Where any limitation in these terms is not permitted by the law that applies to you, that limitation does not apply to you, and the remaining terms continue in effect.
